Justin Vining

Justin Vining serves as the Vice President-Project Management and oversees the entire project management team. He is responsible for hiring and managing project staff and is dedicated to ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality, within budget, and on time. He has over 20 years of construction experience, with a particular focus on multi-family.

Justin can efficiently oversee multiple project management and field teams working on various construction types and phases. His well-honed skill set includes extensive experience in pre-construction, purchasing/contract negotiation, and dispute resolution. Justin has an unparalleled commitment to honesty, timeliness, and quality. He is passionate about producing award-winning projects and holds himself to the highest standards for client service.

Justin is originally from Southern California and moved to the Charleston area in 2022. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as hiking, fishing, and boating.
