Kyle Mixon serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Linden, where he leads the development and execution of the firm’s growth strategy, focusing on expanding market presence, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving measurable business outcomes. He works closely with executive leadership and clients to identify opportunities and translate strategy into action.

With more than 25 years of experience across construction, engineering, consulting, and development, Kyle brings a comprehensive perspective shaped by leadership roles in both private and public sectors, including federal and municipal environments. His experience spans aviation, convention centers, themed entertainment, healthcare, water infrastructure, and judicial facilities.

Throughout his career, Kyle has contributed to major pursuits and market expansion efforts across the United States, helping secure significant project opportunities and establish new client relationships. He is recognized for his strategic decision making, leadership, and ability to align teams around clear objectives that drive growth and long term value.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Mercer University.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife stay active with their two sons, often at baseball and soccer fields, on the golf course, or fishing when time allows.
